RSL-FL will only sanction private training by a non RSL-FL coach, trainer or volunteer at our facilities of any soccer players provided that:

 1:  The coach, trainer or volunteer is a current member of FYSA and properly background checked.

 2:  The coach, trainer or volunteer must submit in writing a request to train on RSL-FL fields prior to any activities at the RSL-FL complex.

 3:  The coach, trainer or volunteer must be accepted by the DOC and approved by a simple majority of the RSL-FL board.

 4:  The coach, trainer or volunteer must demonstrate that he/she is filling a clear need that the DOC believes provides RSL-FL players the ability to compete at the highest levels.

 5:  Any appeals to this process must be in writing to the board and be approved by a simple majority vote.
