TRY-OUTS FOR RSL FLORIDA COMPETITIVE TEAMS

WILL BE HELD BEGIN TUESDAY,  MAY 26, AND RUN THRU MONDAY JUNE 1st

Please refer to the complete try-out schedule for exact dates and times for each age group. Please check this schedule and the web site often before and during tryouts as this schedule is subject to change.   You should plan to attend at least 3 days of scheduled try-outs unless otherwise instructed by your DOC or team coach. Try-outs are held at RSL Florida Soccer Complex.

ALL PLAYERS TRYING OUT THIS YEAR SHOULD  REGISTER ON LINE PRIOR TO TRY OUTS.  

Registering with RSL Florida to attend try-outs does not obligate you to our club, nor does it guarantee you a spot on a competitive team. This information is for planning purposes only.

Club Dues for the 2009-10 competitive season:

Ages U8-U10 Academy :  $675, inclusive of team dues
Ages U11-U18: $600, not inclusive of team dues.  There also will be a $75. concession stand buyout fee for each player for a total of $675.    

Dues cover all applicable insurances, field maintenance costs, multiple league and referee costs, soccer equipment, club goalie training, staff and administrative overhead. Team costs will be over and above club fees and will vary based on coaching and training fees and tournament travel. Team fees can be largely off set by fundraising efforts..

At the completion of try-outs, the team coach or DOC will contact the player or parent to inform them of their team placement. THE POSITION MUST BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE OFFER or the position may be given to the next most qualified player.

RSL Florida offers financial assistance to deserving and qualified players who can demonstrate a financial need. Publix supermarkets has made a generous donation to expand this program. You can find the form as well as the Financial Aid criteria on the home page under club forms.  All applicants remain anonymous to the review committee.
