In-House Recreational is for players U8 and up who understand the concept of the game and want to work on skills, play of the game and teamwork. You must have had developmental experience to play In-House rec. .

THE WINTER SESSION OF REC SOCCER HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO NOT ENOUGH PLAYERS SIGNING UP FOR THE PROGRAM. IF YOU ARE A U8-U9 PLAYER, YOU ARE INVITED TO JOIN OUR DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM. OUR DIRECTORS WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SPLIT THE OLDER AND MORE ADVANCED PLAYERS OUT FOR TRAINING AND GAMES. PLEASE CONTACT ADMIN IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE SWITCHED TO THIS PROGRAM. ALL OTHER REC REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CANCELED AND A REFUND ISSUED.
Winter In-House Recreational soccer registration is now open . The program cost is $175. and there is also a Concessions Stand Assessement of $25 for a total of $200. IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE PROGRAM AND NEED A UNIFORM YOU WILL NEED TO E MAIL ADMIN@RSLFLORIDA.COM WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME, SIZE AND E MAIL. The cost of the uniform is $60 and is NOT included in the program cost. Uniforms will be handed out prior to the first game and you will be able to pay with a check or cash at that time.
FOR THE WINTER SESSION, IF WE DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PLAYERS TO ADEQUATELY TRAIN AND PLAY WE WILL NOT HOLD THE WINTER SESSION AND WILL REFUND ANY REGISTRATION FEES PAID. WE WILL HAVE OUR SPRING SESSION WHICH LEADS UP TO OUR COMPETITIVE TRY-OUTS
Schedule
Practice will take place on Monday evenings beginning December 1st, from 6-7 . Regular season games with your team will be Friday evenings beginning December 5th and run until February 13th, for a 9 game schedule. Games will be from 6-7 for the younger age group and 7-8 for the older. We will have co-ed teams this year unless enough of each register, we will then split them into boys and girls. There will be no games or training the week of 12/22-1/2. Training and Games wil start up again the week of 1-5-09l All practices and games will be held at the RSL Complex behind Monroe Middle School. .
Format
Rec soccer is meant to foster child development in a fun, yet challenging environment. 1 hr practice sessions with age group once a week will be conducted by a professional trainer. Game nights are parent coaches who can substitute the children in and out of games. The play is 5 v 5 with goalkeepers with max 8 players on roster playing 2 x 20 minute halves Field is 40-50 yards long and 30-40 yards wide
